Dear Ms. Feng:

Please express to everyone at your company our gratitude reference our recent experience with Ace Kitchen Direct. Our journey with into this adventure began probably just as many other people, having no knowledge about this project other than our kitchen terribly needed remodeled. To be honest yours was not the first company or contractor we spoke to about the work, but it was certainly the last. Other major retailers who had done friends kitchens, or a contractor who had completed two family members' kitchens offered to help. Their prices were higher and in my opinion products inferior to the great Mei Kitchens and granite I chose to have you install.

From the moment we sat down with you to begin the kitchen design, which was completed before we became obligated to have you do the work, we felt at ease. We came in one Saturday to find your showroom full of many people; two of them satisfied customers in the process of having their kitchens completed. Both couples spoke highly of your product and the installation process in progress. We were hooked!

While signing the contract for the work, you clearly stated where we would have seams in our granite countertop before the work began. To our surprise because of the scope of our project the work was able to be completed without seams, no extra charge. Family members who had their kitchens done just before us have seams around their sinks. We do not!

Our installers Eddie and Jorge, who you arranged to install our kitchen were the best. You gave us the names of several contractors to screen, but I am very glad we chose them. They completed all the work in a neat and timely manner and what a job they did. All the work was completed at the prices you negotiated on our behalf with them in advance. We were even able to save a little money by doing the things we were able (cabinet rip out and cabinet pickup) ourselves. Wouldn't recommend this for everyone, but we enjoyed the further savings it allowed us.

So for two people with very high expectations, I will have to say they were exceeded. Not to say it is a piece of cake to walk through the experience of ripping out your kitchen, and having people you did not know two weeks previously coming in and out of your house many days in a row. In the end we are glad we chose to have you help us with this process.

They look more expensive than they really are

Hello Annie, We are sending you this email, to let you know how thrilled we are with our kitchen cabinets!

The quality of the cabinets is superb - it took us very little time to assemble them and to install. So many of our friends have asked us where we got them, and when we tell them how much we spent, they can't believe it! They look so expensive!

I also have to thank you for your help in designing the kitchen - other kitchen companies had told us that we couldn't fit in a centre island - but you managed to fit it in your drawing perfectly! we have no problem walking around it, and even when the oven door is open we have plenty of room. So a big thank you for that - I had so set my heart on having an island!

We would not hesitate to recommend your company - in fact we already have. The service and expertise that we experienced were second to none. Many, many thanks.

It coordinates just like the ad

I love the classic honey glazed cabinets. The color is a nice medium tone and the glazing outlines all the trim work of the design. It looks just like the picture in the ad. Also, the bubble style glass doors in the cabinets coordinate with the pearl chunks in the granite.

The emerald pearl granite is the star of the show. Literally, I have my own galaxy on my countertop. Under-cabinet lighting showcases all the stars in my galaxy.

Everyone I encountered at Ace Kitchen Direct was professional, pleasant and perfectionists. I appreciate the attention the details from your staff, and especially thank Juliana and Dee (cabinet installation).

Visitors actually say wow when they see my new kitchen. I already have recommended Mei Kitchens and Ace kitchen Direct to my friends

Do the comparision, our cabinets really are the smart choice

I did a lot of comparison shopping before purchasing my new kitchen cabinets. I chose Mei Kitchens from Ace Kitchen Direct primarily because of their high quality and value. My designer Juliana made me feel comfortable with the remodeling procress.

Keeping everything transparent for our customers

I had a very pleasant experience with Mei Kitchens. Juliana is a wonderful designer. She was very patient, really listened and worked hard to incorporate her ideas with mine.

I've worked with Home Depot and Lowes in the past and the value and service at Mei Kitchens is by far the best I've found. Their combination of quality and price cannot be beat! Many features the other brands charge an upgrade for, such as plywood boxes and matching interiors, are included at no additional charge; the value is really unbelievable!

Everything was easy, the pricing was clear and there were no surprises. I'll be remodeling another kitchen soon and definitely plan to purchase from them again. I highly recommend Mei Kitchens.

Making our customer happy

Ace Kitchen Direct provided attractive kitchen cabinets, granite, and supplies at competitive prices, with attentive service and friendly installation by its recommended subcontractor (so much so that I have hired him to help me design & install other home improvements!). When I visited the Ace Kitchen Direct showroom conveniently located in Pompano Beach, the idea I had in mind was to purchase a new granite countertop for existing kitchen cabinets but to see if there were worthwhile choices when it comes to new, wood cabinets to replace the badly-aging, original thermofoil cabinets in my kitchen.

Once I arrived, looked at the various kitchen designs in the showroom, and asked questions, I decided to purchase both new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. My purchase decision at Ace Kitchen Direct was simple, given the great selection, fair pricing, pressure-free environment, and attention to detail, with various personnel spending as much time with me as I needed in order to get answers to all of my questions (including those which involved changing my mind when it came to design!) and offering design features that my kitchen cabinets had lacked and that I did not think would be available at that cost.

From telephone calls that I made before I visited to design, installation, and customer service follow-up, everyone at Ace Kitchen Direct was courteous and accommodating, helping me transform my kitchen into a warm, inviting part of my home as a result!
